Wilmington Elks 307 Annual Golf Outing
July 14, 2018
open to members and non-members.
There is room for 28 four-somes.
If you don't have a team sign up as an individual and we will match you up with other singles / groups.
The sign up sheet for the golfers is at the Lodge.
Registration runs from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm
cost is $95 per golfer
which includes lunch, golf, dinner and awards. Registration will be held on the Lodge patio where lunch will be served.
Lunch includes hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, soda, water and beer. The Lodge will be open for mixed drinks (cost).
12:45 PM shotgun start at Rock Manor.
Playing a Shambles format.
Skill prizes include longest drive, closest to the pin,
Putting contest and the 3 pin challenge on hole # 5.
Mulligan packets will be on sale at registration
5:30 PM (directly after golf) back to the Lodge for dinner, awards (flights) silent auction prizes, and other give-aways.
If you want to attend the dinner only the
cost is $20 per person.
The golf committee is looking for volunteers to help with the lunch cooking / clean up and also to assist with the putting contest and 3 pin challenge on hole # 5. If you are interested in volunteering (automatic invite to the dinner) please send an email to Ed Carney email@example.com or Dave McCreary at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are interested in sponsoring a hole the cost is $100 and a sign will be made up with your name showing your support. If you have a gift that you want to donate to the silent auction please let Ed or Dave know. If oyu can't play and still want to support the Lodge you can make a donation to the Lodge in care of the golf committee.
All money raised for this event stays within the lodge and is used for our children parties, Veterans Dinner, Lodge functions and general operating / maintenance expenses of the Lodge. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year so please come out and support our Lodge.
